My work today is shaped by an unconventional path. Before entering business advisory and benefits work, I spent over two decades in ministry, leadership development, and people-focused roles. That experience formed how I listen, how I communicate, and how I approach decisions that affect real lives—not just spreadsheets.

I’ve since worked across insurance, employee benefits, legal and identity protection, cost reduction, and operational efficiency. Some services I manage directly. Others I provide through trusted specialists. In every case, my role is the same: help people understand their options clearly and move forward confidently—only when it makes sense.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions, transactional relationships, or pushing products. I believe in clarity, stewardship, and long-term trust.
