Coaching sessions are led by Ginger Hawk and typically span 4–8 weeks, using the Enneagram as a framework for awareness and growth.

Coaching is intentionally short-term and focused—there is no expectation of ongoing or open-ended engagement.

Ginger Hawk — Enneagram Coach

Ginger leads the coaching sessions and works directly with individuals and small teams. Her approach is practical, grounded, and relational—focused on helping people better understand themselves, their patterns, and how they show up with others.

 

Coaching engagements are structured, time-bound (typically 4–8 weeks in one-hour sessions), and delivered via Zoom.

Mark Hawk — Context, Alignment, and Support

I help provide context, alignment, and support around the coaching process—ensuring expectations are clear and that the work fits the broader personal or organizational environment.

 

While Ginger leads the coaching, I remain available as a point of connection and coordination as needed.
