Are not ready to engage honestly in self-reflection
-
Are seeking personality labels rather than personal growth
What This Work Focuses On
This coaching is designed to help individuals and small teams grow in awareness, communication, and leadership capacity—one step at a time.
Embracing Self-Awareness
Understanding your natural patterns, motivations, and stress responses—so you can lead with greater intention instead of reacting on autopilot.
Communication & Relationships
Learning how different people think, respond, and communicate—so conversations become clearer, healthier, and more productive.
Leadership in Practice
Applying insight in real situations—decision-making, conflict, and team dynamics—so growth shows up in everyday leadership, not just conversation.
The Enneagram is used as a practical framework—not a label—to support awareness and growth.
How the Coaching Works
A structured, time-bound coaching experience designed for clarity, growth, and practical application.
STEP 1
Initial Conversation
We start with a conversation to understand your goals, context, and whether this coaching is the right fit for you or your team.
STEP 2
Structured Sessions
Coaching sessions are led by Ginger Hawk and typically span 4–8 weeks, using the Enneagram as a framework for awareness and growth.
STEP 3
Integration & Application
The focus is applying insight to real life—leadership decisions, communication, and team dynamics—so growth translates into action.
Coaching is intentionally short-term and focused—there is no expectation of ongoing or open-ended engagement.
Who You’ll Be Working With
Ginger Hawk — Enneagram Coach

Coaching engagements are structured, time-bound (typically 4–8 weeks in one-hour sessions), and delivered via Zoom.
Mark Hawk — Context, Alignment, and Support
I help provide context, alignment, and support around the coaching process—ensuring expectations are clear and that the work fits the broader personal or organizational environment.
While Ginger leads the coaching, I remain available as a point of connection and coordination as needed.
